UE4 spawn rate fix 4.13

So today my team is starting to work with the new 4.13 version of unreal and unreal is making use of a “global spawn rate scaling” now. I am not sure what that means excatly so far, but if you want to “fix” ur spawn rates for the ur particles again then make sure you are unchecking this guy right here.

This global spawn rate is active by default.

About 4.13. Did any1 noticed that atlases with animated subuv (trimming) disappeared on xbox1 builds? Any1 able to help with that?
