How can I achieve this kind of Effects using Unity Particles System?

In this video at 0:42 time, He created the dragon attack style effect. So how can I achieve this. Actually I’m beginner in this sector. But I want to know the procedure of that thing.
Is that really Hard?

Hey. So the dragon body is + shaped mesh extruded along a curve/spline. The head of the model is probably a few simple meshes to give it shape. The other parts are probably simple quads emitted from a particle system with some textures.

You can animate the whole thing in your 3d software or in your engine of choice.
