Ue4 cascade init mesh rotation problem

I need help with mesh rotation in cascade. the x axis and z axis seems to be acting same.
how can I fix it?

there is something with your mesh…

Have you checked so that scale is 1 , 1 , 1 and not negative in any direction when exporting? What does your rotations look like when exporting? Are they 0, 0 ,0?

Try making a new box, export it, and try using it. Compare the stats of the box and your mesh inside your 3D software before exporting. Try combining faulty mesh with a working one and export to engine, see what happends.

I have checked the mesh, free transformation, and it solved the problem.
