Hello! So this is my first Game FX Sketch and i’m pretty happy with the result. I’ve learned a lot of things.

The first thing I’ve done is jump up to blender and model the spear:

The I started create the ground break effect and implement it in Unreal:

But I still needed to simulate the ground being destroyed

To do the ground destruction I started trying use Blender to make it, but …

So I jump to Houdini and learned a lot of things. I’ve watched Andreas Glad tutorials and then, in a conversation with a friend, I decided to use Vertex Animatio Texture to simulate de ground destruction in Unreal
