Hello everyone in the community! I’ve recently started studying VFX and Unreal Engine. It all began when I watched a YouTube video about game effects; I fell in love with it instantly it was like love at first sight and I’ve been diving deep into my studies ever since. Creating my first effect was an amazing experience.
I’m currently taking a VFX course on Udemy that covers everything from beginner to advanced levels, and I’m learning a lot from every topic covered. However, I’m unsure about what to study next is there a roadmap of some kind?
From what I’ve seen, VFX covers a wide range of areas, such as shapes, materials, color theory, timing, and more.
I’d love to ask for your help with a “study guide” or even just some tips; that would be incredibly helpful.
Thanks to everyone here!
