I have been trying to find a simple solution to make a Toon surf trail on water. As you can see in Zelda Wind Waker or this cool post by Thomas Corvée :

As of now I am using a ribbon renderer as a placeholder but the water has displacement, so it looks really bad. I have some technological constraints for Switch 1 and am not able to use every tools Unreal has to offer ![]()
I have started to look Ghislain Girardot channel and came across this tutorial :
Would anyone have a simpler solution?
