I didn’t managed to do more, so there is not too much refinement on air itself xd
But it was fun anyway!

Actually decided to participate myself, even though I have quite limited time :smiley:

Gonna do something simple to exactly match this months theme of Air Blendng!

So started with poorly modelling blender xd

Before I even wanted to work on VFX, I wanted to set up some cel shading as I’m doing it with postprocess so it will influence look of my particles. (this guy has a banging material on the topic: https://youtu.be/eBS3BOI5KnM?si=wcelHNZ3yo8mcqaP )

Now just gonna make an outline and implement the knob so that by rotating it, we can control the intensity of Air inside the blender :smiley:

Next day and already finished the setup! Now it will be time for VFX as those spheres were just a placeholder I put to test the postprocess :smiley:

Now we can change the intensity of the spin and particles inside, so we got a working blender!
Also outlines look slick now!


I didn’t put too much love into entire behaviour of it, but if anyone is curious, that’s how it works :smiley:
