i’m a junior VFX Artist with only 2 years in the industries and I wonder how much i can claim for a fixed term contrat. I always did freelance contract and don’t know what the minimum salary I can expect.

That’ll change greatly depending on what part of the world you’re talking about… You can check on https://www.glassdoor.com to see if you can find some info on the specific area. If not, you could try finding info about other cities in the same country, and convert using this Cost Of Living Comparison
That alone won’t give you an answer, but hopefully that’ll give you some info to start thinking about some numbers. This one is pretty interesting: Game Development Salaries It’s from a very limited, specific set of studios and roles, but it can show how salaries will vary greatly between studios
