Issue with sprite Resizing itself depending on zoom

Hi there ! So here is my problem, im trying to recreate an effect, or more so adapt it as a 3D effectfrom an old 2D game!

My issue is that depending on the proximity of the camera, the sprite resize itself which change totally how the VFX should be looking like

I don’t know at all what is causing that and if it’s a material issue or a Niagara setting issue ?
