Does someone know a tutorial or some site to learn to make this style of trail?

For Unity you could check out Gabriel Aguilar (lots of Youtube tutorials).

This video is great if you have access to substance designer. I think other software will have a similar pipline.
Or, you can draw a texture yourself. Just make it tile seamlessly ![]()

I found the artstation post of the trail but cant figure out how he used the two textures he made
Not sure how exactly he made it but you could probably do it either using ribbons through niagara or just using a deformed plane or 2 crossing planes. He used the textures inside the material to drive the opacity of the mesh/ribbon he used.
