I will be glad if you give a link to any training material related to sword trails. I am trying to make beautiful trails and I understand that a lot of work remains to be done. Smoke is not what I need, the shader for trails needs to be redone. Trails themselves need to be redrawn, and this is the problem.

Thanks, it’s a good way to create a mesh, but there are better ways.

It remains to make first sword strike and a shader for trails.

I love your work and tuts ! :smiley: How do you manage to get such great gif? I use ShareX and my gifs are compressed and awfull :o is there some dark options I didn’t find? Plus when my file is more than 10 MB there’s a red cross. But less than 10 MB is ugly.

So… now I can control trail length
