I wanted to find out if there is a way to animate an emitter. For example take a torus emitter and apply a radial noise

CurlNoise 1
Strength 8000
Frequency 0.01

CurlNoise 2
Strength 5000
Frequency 0.002

Vortex Velocity
Amount 1000
Infulance Falloff 220
