I took some assets from Mixamo(here is model + 2 animations). Drop it into Unity, add transparent shader. Nothing special. Most of time gone for tweaking timelines, blending prebaked animations, adding lilttle custom animations for position/scale. I was trying to make good solid motion. So what do u think?)
