Blender UV Mapping Issue

I can’t figure this out. The other side of the model is mapping perfectly, but for some reason the geometry on this side is lining up. I feel like I turned something on/off by accident. I’ve copied UV mapping and totally deleted the UV and started over but its maps uneven every time so I’m pretty sure its something with the mesh?

Its almost like each face if improperly rotated…
