Best way to creating something like this

what’s the best way to create something like this in unity,

broken pieces of an object motion to reform the entire piece.

Model the final badge, and UV unwrap it to display the logo in the centre. Cut the mesh up in a modelling program, and export it together. Key the starting positions of the pieces inside the chest using an animator, and animate them flying out one by one to their ‘together’ position. Dress with particle systems and UI elements on top.

Just make it as you see it, there is no magic here.
