Creating some VFX for this animation. Here is my concept for today.
This is the result of me exploring colors and the key parts to the whole sequence.
Want it to be a sort of red energy with electric blue to go with it. And then i added smoke at the end to give some longer lingering effect after the initial blast.
Heres how the piece is so far. I need to center and remove the black borders in this video.
I wanna add more oomf to the transition between the charge and swing. The single little blue spark doesnt do enough for me.
Heres the final product for this one. Pretty happy with it and attempted some post processing and camera stuff. If you see something to improve or what i should attempt in the next piece, let me know. Feedback is always welcomed.
