UE4 World Aligned dissolve material

WA projection is using for teleproting FX in my new asset for UE4.

Uses the World Aligned projection for dissolve and mask opacity as Material Functuion output.
FX always will be processed at from up to bottom direction.

Uses ISM UE4 feature for beam particles rendering.

Trajectory is calculates by Evaluate Bezier function (using BluePrint converted version) but prefer is C++ =)
