Texture issue while importing in Unity from Photoshop

Hello, I am experienced Unity developer but beginner at Photoshop. I am following the vfx course of Gabriel. I created a simple texture in photoshop and exported as PNG without background but in unity it looks like this

What could be the issue? I am doing exactly what has been taught in the video;

Set alpha is transparency in Texture settings
