This is a team VFX showcase showing some semi-realistic action skill effects we’ve been working on recently.
The style is inspired by big ARPG awakening type skills (the kind with strong impact and clear timing), but everything here is our own custom work, designed and built from scratch for our project.
We’re using the Unreal Engine, along with tools like Houdini, Ember, and a few custom setups to get the look, timing, and performance we want.
