Spawning beams/ emitters around the torus mesh

Hello! I have a few lightning beam emitters around my torus mesh that spawn at the same location every time. I am wondering if it is possible to get the mesh position of the torus and spawn the beams/ emitters at random points around the torus.

Yes, it is possible to do that. If you are using Unreal, you may have to create a scratch pad for that.
