hi everyone i have created this simple jellyfish effect in unreal engine cascade and Niagara. i used noise texture for jellyfish animation. texture simply panning on a mesh that connect to world offset for vertex offset. later i used that mesh and material in cascade and Niagara used dynamic parameter to randomize vertex offset.
Nice! Love it. You could use these same ideas for water effects too.
