How to achieve this effect using unreal material ?

Heey Welcome ^^ Could you be a bit more specific about which part you need help with ?
I’m not using unreal but I can maybe give you a few keywords to look for.
What I see is a vertex displacement shader on a plane; and another model which also has a transparent shader, only drawing the corners with an emissive color(the blue part).
Altough I’m just not sure how he made the thing he calls “Spiral Mod” at the top; I’m pretty sure It’s still about vertex displacement

the rolling up the scroll bit could be done through ‘vertex animation’
