How can i create the refraction effect (2D with sprites) in Unity LWRP?

Hi, everyone! Il try to create the refraction effect in Unity 2019.2.4, LWRP. There game is build on sprites. Il try to use the camera render texture and the shader graph. But this variant is not working correctly in the project and i try to find another way to do this.
It would be great if someone can help me :slight_smile:
