Hi,

I delevertly say we are the best free open community to learn stylized procedural VFX, at least that is what I’m aming for, come by and experience what our free editor has to offer.

I’ll give it a try later

not bad, here’s a few thoughts I had while using it.

tga export
right mouse => add node context menu
seperate texture preview window (it’s tiny right now)
probably don’t want separate “math” nodes I think. (just contextually switch between meanings)
pips often feel too small
ctrl-c , ctrl-v copying, ctrl-z undo etc
search box for nodes
allow inputs to go beyond their range (for example allow a glow larger than 2)
“divide” blend mode, “power” blend mode
have in and output pip at same height
don’t render pips on top of texture preview
Allow setting workspace name when saving to cloud
requiring 1 tag is fine, requiring 3 is a bit odd
Channel and color management nodes

I think overall it’s good proof of concept, but it lacks the necessary features to make it comfortably fit in production.
Mainly, tga export (it’s still the standard), common kb shortcut : (ctrl-c, ctrl-v, ctrl-z), and node search

Ctrl + A adds a new node with search features, I’ll add the right button, increase pips, TGA and much more by tomorrow, come back in two days and you will have everything you want
Ctrl +Z, Ctrl +U too also

But consider making a donation

I do appreciate your feedback as a professional

There you go, you can try again,

Consider donating if you are going to use it for part of the production, stylezed VFX, for PBR materials Substance Painter is a must, but for small Indie teams, not AAA projects, styled style my solution should suffice.

Thank you for your feedback, it was all spot on.

love that there is now a substance designer for browser! super impressive. <3

I would say I’ve got the most complete toolset, of nodes on the browser, perfect for low budgets and for teaching, you can not paint 3d models but the node list is quite complete and I’ve fixed tons of errors, added support to a ton of nodes, 3d pbr materials and much more

Get it a go if you want and publish something.

The toll is more capable than ever, it has its limitations, but it is quite powerful

Doesn’t have the power of Substance designer but sure it can produce decent materials
