Great tool I have been using for a while and figured a few other people might find it useful.
Gif Scrubber - It’s a chrome extension that lets you scrub and step through gifs.
Essentially you add, right click on a gif and then use the arrow keys to step through frames.
Great for breaking down and looking at effects.
