I could need some 2nd thoughts (and direction maybe, because I’m not working on any game just messing around with the tools I got or I just need to take a step back for this effect), so starting a sketchbook is hopefully the right decision
Starting with a little tweak I made on the Tornado a while ago, hope you like it
Things I’ll probably want to change before I archive this in my portfolio:
- shape of tornado
- replace tornado behavior before the impulse, dissolving makes it look empty rn, maybe a color change or another effect
- better refraction
- tweaks on decal
- better dissolve of enemy debris and destructibles, might even add scene collision for the gpu particles
