As Glad has said before, Interesting project but I think you’d get better feedback in a forum not dedicated to Game/Realtime VFX.

Ouick tip: If your footage has camera movement, you need to match that movement on your background replacement.
And yeah, you would be better off asking in a forum dedicated to pre-rendered vfx, like here:
